Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any website operated by Noelle Randall Inc., including but not limited to Noelle Randall, Grow Your Wealth, and related brands (the “Website”). These Terms contain important information regarding your legal rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you do not have permission to use the Website.

Purchases

To complete a purchase, you may be required to provide payment information, including credit card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address, shipping address, email address, and other information necessary to process your order.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information and are not responsible for the retention or security of billing data held by third-party processors.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal right to use the payment method provided; and

2. All information supplied is true, accurate, and complete.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all purchase information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, missed access, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Digital Products, Services & Virtual Events (Digital Delivery)

For digital products and services, including but not limited to courses, coaching, mentorship, virtual events, webinars, downloads, replays, memberships, subscriptions, and community access, delivery and access depend on the information you provide (such as a valid email address).

If inaccurate or incomplete information prevents delivery or access, we may attempt to correct the issue once accurate information is supplied. For live or time-sensitive virtual events, you must notify us prior to the event to allow any corrective attempt. We are not liable for missed access resulting from inaccurate information not corrected in a timely manner.

All digital items and virtual events constitute digital delivery.
All digital delivery items are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE under any circumstances.

Failure to attend a virtual event, technical issues on your end, scheduling conflicts, or failure to participate does not constitute a failure of delivery.

Refunds, Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges

NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds on:

• Digital products or services

• Coaching or mentorship programs

• Virtual or in-person event tickets

• Subscriptions or memberships

• Payment plans

• Media services or VIP upgrades

Lack of use, inability to attend, dissatisfaction, or failure to achieve results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Physical Products

All physical product sales are final once shipped.

• Damaged Items:
  Exchanges are permitted only if the item arrives damaged. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@noellerandall.com and provide photos. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Upon verification, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

• Lost Shipments:
  If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace the item at our expense.

• Discretionary Refunds:
  In rare cases where we approve a refund for a physical product at our sole discretion, the original item must be returned at the customer’s expense before any refund is issued.

Subscriptions & Payment Plans

Subscriptions and payment plans require recurring or scheduled payments to maintain access.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions must be canceled at least three (3) business days before renewal to avoid charges. Cancellation requests must be sent to accounting@noellerandall.com. Upon cancellation, access to all related materials and services may terminate immediately.

Payment Plans

Payment plans represent a commitment to pay the full amount regardless of participation, attendance, or usage. Failure to complete payments does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining balance.

Third-Party Financing

If you choose third-party financing (e.g., Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay), your agreement is solely between you and the financing provider. We are not responsible for financing terms, interest, fees, disputes, credit impact, or refunds issued by third parties.

Event Participation, Reviews, Media & Likeness Release

By attending any live or virtual event, participating in coaching calls, group programs, interviews, submitting reviews or testimonials (written, audio, or video), appearing on camera, using chat features, or attending in-person events, you acknowledge and agree:

• Events and interactions may be recorded, photographed, livestreamed, or otherwise captured.

• You grant Noelle Randall Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, voice, image, likeness, written submissions, and participation for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, including ads, websites, social media, emails, and sales materials.

• You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or approval.

• Participation is voluntary. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must disable your camera/microphone or refrain from participation.

This consent survives termination of these Terms.

Community & Group Program Rules

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or distribute proprietary content

• Record sessions without permission

• Harass, solicit, or abuse other participants

• Violate confidentiality

We may remove you from any program or community at our discretion without refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting accounting@noellerandall.com is a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and may terminate access, recover fees, and deny future services. Digital delivery constitutes fulfillment regardless of attendance or participation.

Media, Podcast & VIP Applications

Submitting a media or podcast application does not guarantee participation. Additional contracts may be required. Failure to attend scheduled interviews releases us from all obligations, including refunds or rescheduling.

VIP upgrades expedite review but do not guarantee selection. If rejected, a partial refund may be issued minus review fees.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, transmit malware, impersonate others, or violate applicable laws.

NO WARRANTY

THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOELLE RANDALL INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government actions, outages, or platform failures. No refunds will be issued due to force majeure events.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions. Arbitration shall be conducted under AAA rules. This provision survives termination.

Governing Law
